W-Luxe Yard Cards will make your yard host a yard party with our luxury selection of oversized, colorful letters, fun graphics and themes that will make your celebration unforgettable.

We love to add a little “EXTRA” to each celebration by adding some luxury, sparkle and more.

We can’t wait to glam your yard celebration!

Reservation Policies

Payment

Payment is required when placing a reservation (upon receipt of final order confirmation and invoice) in order to confirm/hold your date.

  1. Order requests must be received no less than 1 week prior to your setup.
  2. Payment is required upon receipt of your invoice in order to confirm/hold your date.
  3. Payments will typically be made through Paypal. You will receive a Paypal invoice via e-mail. Please carefully review all details!
  4. By placing a reservation with W Luxe Décor you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
  5. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

Preparation

  1. For safety, please make sure someone at the home or location knows a setup will be taking place.
  2. Pets need to be secure inside the home or a fenced area for safety and to avoid disturbances.
  3. Pet waste needs to be removed from the yard prior to installation.
  4. Close blinds and limit barking dogs.
  5. Turn off any sprinkler system for the evening. Sprinklers that run during the setup can knock cards over

Deliveries

We will charge an additional $25 to re-deliver due to:

 

  1. Customer provides an incorrect address, date, or time.
  2. We are denied access to a gated community.
  3. Animals that prevent us from installation.
  4. Deliveries usually occur after dark and can be as early as 8 p.m. (during the winter) or as late as after midnight (if we have several deliveries) unless other delivery times have been arranged.
  5. We cannot deliver during turbulent weather. If weather becomes an issue we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements or issue a refund.
  6. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purpose.
  7. All yard card setups include an ad sign for W Luxe Décor. This may NOT be altered or moved.
  8. If a card needs a change or correction that was due to an error made by the client when placing the order, an additional travel fee will be charged to have someone out to make the changes (if possible) based on the distance of the setup from Little Elm ,Texas.

Weather Concerns

  1. All reservations are weather permitting. Frozen ground can make installation difficult and will be assessed throughout the winter.
  2. If we are not able to install your card due to severe weather, you may apply that payment to another date or have a refund issued.
  3. Severe weather may be severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, excessively cold wind chills, warnings of tornado outbreaks, and travel advisories.

Safety and Care

  1. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. The display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
  2. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  3. Please take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect.
  4. DO NOT move the items.
  5. DO NOT allow any lawn maintenance to occur near the cards. Grass clippings will stick to the cards and stain them and weed eaters can cause significant damage.
  6. Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE my property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
  7. Please protect the inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawn mowers, dogs, etc.
  8. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
  9. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against the signs, they may become damaged.
  10. You are encouraged to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.
  11. W Luxe Yard Cards representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
  12. We are not responsible for vandalism in the form of the yard greeting being altered to inappropriate or profane words or phrases.

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund with a minimum of a 30 day notice, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
  2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, excessively cold wind chills, warnings of tornado outbreaks, travel advisories, and any other severe weather that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a different date.
  3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
  4. No refunds will be given due to the recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.
  5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
  6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
  7. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display upon arrival, that are out of our control.

Rental Policies

Our decor items are our property and business, and we ask that you take good care of them for us to celebrate with other families after your event.

  1. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not play on or around the yard signs.
  2. Please do not pull the signs from the ground, including our advertising sign. We may charge an additional fee if yard signs are damaged.
  3. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display (balloons, flowers, etc). Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
  4. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up. Flying debris from mowers and trimmers may damage the yard signs.
  5. If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be billed for replacements.
  6. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
  7. All our yard signs are meant to be pleasing surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements.
  8. Please water the yard for at least 15 minutes within 24 hours before delivery.

Missing /Damaged items

  1. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
  2. All signs remain our property.
  3. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without our consent.
  4. You are responsible for replacement of the graphics, letters, or stakes at full replacement value.
  5. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

Rush and Holiday orders

  1. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

    a. Based on available inventory

    b. Rush fee may apply

    c. Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are NOT guaranteed.
  2. A $15 rush fee will be applied to all yard reservation invoices not paid 5 days prior to installation.

    *Order will be refunded if we are unable to complete the booking*
  3. Major holidays may include an additional $25

Hazardous Conditions

We may not be able to set-up a greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions. If this occurs, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be given.

Refund Policies

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability.
  2. No refunds will be given if we are unable to set up due to wrong address or event date. We will send you a confirmation of your order via email so please DOUBLE CHECK the address, delivery date and time to make absolute sure there won’t be any problems.
  3. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requests us to remove the lawn display.
  4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please let the community guard know the date we will be arriving or provide us with the gate access code if required.
  5. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
  6. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from setting up the display.

Disclaimer

  1. We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
  2. Our mission is to help our community celebrate life events If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
  3. W Luxe Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Exceptions

  1. Baby Announcements (IT’S A BOY & IT’S A GIRL) are $70 for two days for our Silver Package set up
  2. RUSH- $15 rush fee will be charged for invoices not paid 5 days in advance of installation. 
  3. ADDITIONAL DAYS: You may add one additional day to your reservation for $50. Rentals are available for a maximum of 48 hours.
  4. DISCOUNTS: contact me for discounts for local school events, non-profit events, and military sponsored events.
  5. HOLIDAYS: If you require yard cards to be installed OR picked up on a holiday (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day), a $25 fee will be charged.
  6. DELIVERY FEES: Outside of the listed free delivery areas a charge of $0-$30 will be assessed based on travel time. Maximum delivery area is 25 minutes travel time.
